Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe CO., LTD was founded in 2010, and the total investment of the project is 300 million RMB with the total land area 140,951 sqm, the production plant has the total construction area of 30,000 sqm. It is located in Zhenggang Industrial Development Zone of Yanshan County which is called 鈥淐hinese National Manufacture Base of Pipeline Equipment鈥濄€?It is 40 kilometers from Huanghua Port, and 160 kilometers from Tianjin Port. It is adjacent to Tianjin-Shantou Expressway to the east,National Road No.205 and Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan gold Economic district to the north and Shandong province to the south,so it is a well-located and convenient transportation.銆€
From the beginning till now, the HSPC Company has finished the following projects like the coal chemical industry project of Yili district in Xinjiang province, west. CHINA, TOTAL KAOMBO PROJECT In Indonesia, the Belgian government project of pipe pilling, the French steel pipe procurement projects, PDVSA projects,PEMEX projects,and other famous domestic and foreign projects, our products with excellent quality, perfect service, superior price and we have gained widely praised by the customers both at home and abroad.

Our company uses the most advanced technology of JCOE LSAW steel pipe manufacture in the world, specialized in producing heavy calibre LSAW steel pipe. The product line adopts PID automatic controlling continuous J-C-O forming technology, and the advantages of our products line are as below: high speed, high quality, low stress distribution, and low tolerance of size.
The equipment can change models quickly and simply, produce wide range of specifications, which are specialized in producing Longitudinal Submerged Arc welding Pipeline of outside diameter from 457.2mm to 1422.4mm, wall thickness from 8mm to 50mm,unit length from 3m to 12.3m,steel grade could be simple carbon steel, special type steel and low alloy steel, the steel grade could be up to max API 5LPSL2 X80N. It is able to manufacture 150,000 tons per year.
Our products are widely applied to many fields such as petroleum pipeline, natural gas pipeline, urban pipe network, mines pipeline,Coal Water Slurry pipeline, construction pipe for high voltage, wind power, bridges and high-speed rail steel construction etc.
