Based on the given e-activity, thought, ideas and concepts with regards to strategy & formulation of strategy is extracted for CAGE Framework. It is discussed that, how a strategy must help business in achieving the competitive scope and overcoming the organizational error. Moreover, the actual meaning of a strategy is also extracted from the e-activity.
