Packing equipment working process:
1. Preparation: Put the hardwares into Vibration Bowl and set the packing requirement from PLC
2. Working: Start the Bag packing machine, the storage hopper send the hardware to magnetic elevator via vibration
3. Magnetic elevator send the hardware to Weigher/Scale, which will measure 90%~95% of total required
4. The balance hardware of total required will be from vibration bowl
5. The total measure hardware will be sent to Packing Machine via Bucket Conveyor
Preparation:
1. Set the packing requirement from PLC
2. Put the hardware into storage hopper and vibration bowl
Running:
Put your parts to Storage Hopper, via vibration to ship the goods to Magnetic Elevator, Magnetic Elevator ship the parts to Weighing System, when it arrive 90%~95% of the total weight, the balance will be complement by vibration bowls from next procedure for packing.
Bag Packaging Machine:
* Functions: ON/OFF, E-stop, Temperature Control, Parameter setting, QTY setting etc.
Delta PLC control system, Delta touch screen

鈶?Operate authority: Operator, Admin, Engineer. Each have its own password.
